Happy New Year

I hope you all had a Happy New Year and a wonderful holiday season altogether. I cant believe it has all passed now. It didn't feel like Christmas here until just a few days before.
Our New Year Eve was nice and quite for the most part. We were invited over to a friends house for a nice, delicious dinner, Thanks Bowen Family!! Afterwards we came home to watch movies. We told the boys they could stay up until midnight, but neither of them made it. Keegan fell asleep just a little after 11 and Braden was completely out by 10pm.
If New Years Day is any prediction to how the rest of the year will go, we should have a great 2008. Everyone slept in :) We had a nice big breakfast with the Brown Family, the kids played board games, I watched 'I Love Lucy' re-runs and everyone took a nap, couldn't ask for a better start to the new year.
I don't think I have ever really made resolutions, and didn't plan any for this year. However I have made quite a mental list of some thing I hope to accomplish in the near future, so I guess those are resolutions right? Here they are..
1. Spend more individual time with each of the boys, between nursing and changing Dayton, doing the laundry and cleaning up Bradens never-ending messes, I don't feel that Keegan gets the love and attention he needs and deserves. He is such a help to me, always on the lookout for his brothers, and myself. He helps around the house a good bit too, he is my runner, I am always fetching him upstairs to grab something it seems.
2. Play more, stop to play more. Take time away from the mundane tasks of daily chores and go to the park, play hide and seek or just sit down and color:)
3. Wear sunscreen.
4. Eat at home more, and eat healthier.
5. Be more physically active and explore some 'off the beaten path' places here on Okinawa. We are a little halfway through out tour here, and there are still many things I want to see and do.
6. Print and put into albums the last 7 months of digital pictures I have on my computer.
7. Get organized. I do feel I have came a long way in the past few months in organizing the house, but I still have a way to go.
8. Go on dates with my husband. I miss having time where I don't have to fight three kids for his attention ;)
I told you it was a lot! And I know I have more, I will add them as I think them up :)
